Ignore the spin, Declan Kidney was NOT the unanimous choice as successor to Eddie OÃ¢ÂÂSullivan. And while the IRFU yesterday expressed its delight at the confirmation of KidneyÃ¢ÂÂs appointment, its delay spoke volumes.
